Green coffee beans are weighed and transported to the roaster via pneumatic system. The entire roasting process is computer-controlled, including hot air temperature, airflow, and drum speed. Recycled hot air is reused and reheated to maximize energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The internal stirring paddles ensure even heat distribution during roasting. Beans are released at the target roast level onto the cooling tray, where roast level is verified. Features a 15-stage, multi-point precision roasting curve with an Agtron color value tolerance of ±3.

X-ray Foreign Object Inspection

Each package is individually inspected to detect and identify product defects or damage. The system can identify a wide range of foreign objects such as metal, bone, glass, rubber, and hard plastics.
